Returns & Exchanges

Exchanging or returning an item couldn’t be easier. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, you can return or exchange any purchase within 30 days of receipt, with no additional cost from all countries where we deliver. 


For returns and exchanges, please follow the instructions below. 

 

RETURNS WITH DHL: 

Step 1 
Please insert the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging. Make sure to include all item boxes and dust bags with your return. Close the parcel securely and attach the returns label to the outside. 

Step 2 
Please go to DHL website to schedule your request. 

Step 3 
Under “Do you need a DHL shipping label?”, click “No” and indicate that you have an air waybill: “I have a DHL shipping letter number”. 

Step 4 
In «Number of house bills» you must place the number that is on your return air waybill that followed with your order, inside the box. 

Step 5 
Enter all the details to DHL follow them and pick up your return. 

Step 6 
After receiving, checking and confirming the items received the refund will be processed. The refund will be made by the same payment method used for the order within 14 days. 

 

HOW TO EXCHANGE:  

If you wish to exchange your item(s), please contact us through our email shop@fashionclinic.com telling us the new desired size, we will check the product availability and reserve it. Then, please follow the steps mentioned above to return your package.  

Once we have received and processed your return, we will ship the exchanged item(s). 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY 

All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all tags attached. This includes the original packaging, accessories, and authenticity cards/dust bags. Otherwise, we will not accept the return or exchange and the refund will not be processed. 

In case of products made according to your preferences or clearly personalized, the return or exchange is not possible. Aso, for hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns or exchanges of underwear and lingerie items.

For exchanges, it is only possible to exchange the same item for a different size. We cannot exchange items for a different color or a different item altogether. If the product has a different price, you will be responsible for the value difference. 

Please be aware that we can only exchange the same item for a different size once.
