Returns and Exchanges
Online orders only
Exchanging or returning an item from your online purchase is easy. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery.
Return fees may vary depending on the item. This amount is not cumulative — only the highest fee will be charged once, regardless of the variety and number of items returned. You can see the cost when requesting your return, whether you made the purchase as a registered user or as a guest.
Please read the instructions below before starting your return so everything goes smoothly.
How it works
1. Enter your order details — You will need your original order number and the email address used to place the order.
2. Select the items you wish to return — Choose the product(s) and indicate the reason for the return.
3. Schedule your pickup — Choose a convenient date and time slot for DHL to come and collect the parcel directly from your address.
4. Generate your return label — A return label will be created for you. Print it out and attach it securely to your parcel.
5. Hand over your parcel to DHL — Wait for the courier at the scheduled time and hand over your package.
Before you start, make sure you have:
- Your order number.
- The email address used to place the order.
- The original packaging or a suitable box to pack your item(s).
Need a different size or color?
If you wish to exchange your item(s), please contact us thought our email shop@fashionclinic.com telling us the new desired size, we will check the product availability and reserve it. Then, please follow the steps mentioned above to return your package.
Once we have received and processed your return, we will ship the exchanged item(s).
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
- All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, with all tags still attached. This includes the original packaging, accessories, and authenticity cards/dust bags. Otherwise, we will not accept the return or exchange and the refund will not be processed.
- Customised or personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- For exchanges, it is only possible to exchange the same item for a different size. We cannot exchange items for a different colour or a different item altogether. If the product has a different price, you will be responsible for the value difference. Please note that each item can only be exchanged once.
- Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
- Insurance and handling fees will not be refunded in case of returns.
